Terms & Conditions for Atrax Scale Systems

1. Messaging Services & SMS Disclosure

These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Atrax Scale Systems. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

* SMS Disclosure: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary.

* Rates: Standard message & data rates apply according to your mobile carrier's terms.

* Opt-Out: To discontinue communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. Text HELP for support.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Atrax Scale Systems offers professional automation and marketing services under the following structure:

* Scaling Package: $665 per month. This includes your fully built website, access to the Atrax platform, a business phone number, CRM access, lead automations, and review tools.

* Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $500 setup fee is required for all new accounts to cover the custom build and configuration of your systems.

All subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed securely via credit/debit card.

3. Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

In addition to the monthly subscription, clients are responsible for their own telecom usage costs. These are billed via a digital wallet "auto-top-up" system. Rates include:

* Phone Numbers: Local (~$1.15/mo) | Toll-Free (~$2.15/mo)

* SMS/MMS: Starting at $0.0079 per segment.

* Voice Calls: Starting at $0.0180/min outbound.

4. No Refund & No Chargeback Policy

* Final Sale: All payments made to Atrax Scale Systems are final and non-refundable. This includes the $500 setup fee, monthly subscriptions, and usage credits. Our products are custom-built and service delivery begins immediately upon payment.

* Disputes: Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By using our service, you waive the right to initiate a dispute. We reserve the right to submit proof of platform usage and website delivery to financial institutions to contest any fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remainder of a current billing period.

6. Service Delivery & Suspension

Services are considered fulfilled once the website is delivered and the platform automations are finalized. If a payment fails, access to the platform will be suspended within 48 hours until the balance is cleared.

7. User Obligations

You agree to use our messaging services in compliance with all local and international laws. You may not send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass.
